The contents of these pages have been created with the utmost care. However, I cannot guarantee the contents' accuracy, completeness or topicality. According to statutory provisions (§ 7 (1) DDG), I am responsible for my own content on these web pages. Please note that under §§ 8 to 10 DDG I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information of third parties, or to investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under generally applicable laws remain unaffected.

Accountability for links

Responsibility for the content of external links (to web pages of third parties) lies solely with the operators of the linked pages. No violations were evident at the time of linking. Should any legal infringement become known, I will remove the respective link immediately.

These web pages and their contents are subject to German copyright law. Unless expressly permitted by law, every form of using, reproducing or processing works subject to copyright protection on these pages requires the prior consent of the respective owner of the rights. Individual reproductions of a work are only allowed for private use.

Privacy

This site collects nothing about you beyond what every web server logs for technical reasons (see hosting). No cookies, no tracking, no analytics, no third-party fonts. YouTube videos only load when you click play.

Controller

Hosting and server log files

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data: your IP address, date and time, the requested file and your browser's user agent. The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the site; the legal basis is my legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). I do not analyse this data myself. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

Contact by email

If you email me at Maciej@gmx.de, I process your address and message in order to reply (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries about a job, otherwise (f)). I delete emails once they are no longer needed. There is no contact form on this site.

YouTube videos

Some pages show YouTube videos. Until you click play, you only see a preview image served from this site; no connection to YouTube is made. The click loads the player from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Your browser then sends, among other things, your IP address and the address of this page to Google Ireland Limited, and YouTube may store and analyse data. The Google privacy policyapplies. The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Links to other sites

Links to profiles and music services (such as YouTube, Spotify, GitHub or LinkedIn) are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave this site; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An email is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-hamburg.de).

As of October 2026
